High Inspector of Justice Mr. Artur Metani was on a working visit to North Macedonia, where he met with President of the Council of Public Prosecutors, Antonio Jolevski, and members of the Council as well as the President of the Judicial Council, Mr. Sashko Giorgiev and members of the Council.
The meeting focused on the working standards of prosecutors and judges and the challenges of the justice system in both countries with a view to strengthening public trust.
In the meeting with the President of Supreme Court, Ms. Besa Ademi and members of this court, Mr. Metani responded to the interest in the justice reform in Albania and the work of new institutions and the efforts being made in North Macedonia to reform the system.
Mr. Metani had a working meeting with the President of the Association of Judges of North Macedonia, Mr. Xhemali Saiti and the President of the Association of Prosecutors, Mr. Elvin Veli.
