Since February 2021, Ms. Lindita Ziguri has served as Magistrate Inspector at the High Inspector of Justice, where she was seconded for a five-year term. In February 2026, she was re-seconded for a second five-year term in this position.<\/p>

Lindita Ziguri was born on 06.07.1968 in P\u00ebrmet and graduated with the title of \u201cJurist\u201d from the Faculty of Political and Legal Sciences at the University of Tirana, Law Department.\u00a0<\/p>

Ms. Ziguri was appointed Prosecutor in 1993 and in the years 1997-1998 she exercised the duty of District Prosecutor in the P\u00ebrmet Judicial District Prosecution Office. In the period January 2002 \u2013 January 2021 she held the position of Prosecutor in the Tirana Judicial District Prosecution Office, where during the years 2009 \u2013 2011 she served as the of Head of the Juvenile Section.<\/p>

For her work as Head of the Juvenile Section and her contribution to the Reform of Juvenile Justice in Albania, Ms. Ziguri was awarded the \u201cAward of Appreciation\u201d by Transparency International Albania and UNICEF in 2009.<\/p>

Throughout her career in Law, Ms. Ziguri has actively participated in various conferences and trainings related to expanding knowledge in the field of substantive and procedural criminal law, among which are the \u201cBankruptcy Procedures\u201d of the International Finance Corporation, World Bank; \u201c18th TAIEX International Forum for Prosecutors on Fighting Organized Crime\u201d of the European Commission; \u201cIntellectual Property Rights Enforcement\u201d by the International Law Enforcement Academy.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
