Since October 2022, Mr. Periand Teta has held the position of Non-Magistrate Inspector at the Office of the High Inspector of Justice. Mr. Teta’s engagement with the High Inspector of Justice began in February 2020, with the position of Advisor in the Cabinet of the High Inspector of Justice.<\/p>

He was born in Tirana, on 22.07.1981 and completed his studies at the Faculty of Law, University of Tirana, in 2004.<\/p>

From 2004-2010, Mr. Teta worked at the Ministry of Justice, initially in the structures of the Economic and Budget Directorate and then in the position of Inspector, at the General Directorate of Justice Affairs. In 2010-2014, he was a member of the Tirana Bar Association, as well as a legal consultant in the framework of a series of civil society initiatives with a special focus on the justice system.<\/p>

In 2014-2017, he served as a Legal Assistant at the Supreme Court, while in the period 2017-2018, he served as an inspector at the Directorate of Judicial Inspection, and headed the Directorate of Drafting Acts at the General Directorate of Codification at the Ministry of Justice.<\/p>

In the period 2018-2020, he served as a State Attorney, while from the establishment of the HIJ until 2022, he held the position of Legal Advisor at the Cabinet of the High Inspector of Justice.<\/p>

Currently, Mr. Teta is pursuing his Doctoral studies at the Faculty of Law, while for years he has been engaged as an external lecturer at the Faculty of Law, University of Tirana.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
