In 2012, he received the &#8220;Professional Master in Civil Law&#8221; Diploma from Justinian I University, while since 2004 he has been a lawyer.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Mr. Kaloshi has over 20 years of work experience in public administration. He began practicing law at the Tirana District Council in 2001, as a specialist, and then as Director of the Legal Department of Foreign Relations, gaining knowledge regarding legislation related to the activity and functioning of local government bodies, legislation in the field of urban planning, property treatment, and financial law.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">From January 2013 to early 2022, he served as Director of the Legal and Meetings Organization Department at the former High Council of Justice and then, continuously at the same level, at the High Judicial Council.
