Since July 2023, he has held the position of Assistant Inspector at the Office of the High Inspector of Justice. Mr. Sako joined the Office of the High Inspector of Justice in November 2020, as head of the General Services Sector, in the analysis and preparation of draft orders and draft instructions and the organization of work in the institution by analyzing the requirements and needs of the institution.<\/p>

He graduated with the title of \u201cJurist\u201d from the Faculty of Law, at the \u201cLa Sapienza\u201d University in Rome, Italy, in 2010.<\/p>

In 2012, he received the title of \u201cLawyer\u201d from the National Chamber of Advocacy.<\/p>

With several years of experience, Mr. Sako has practiced the profession of lawyer as a natural person, mainly in the legal field of commercial companies, civil and criminal matters, administrative procedures, but also as administrator of the \u201cJuris Consulting\u201d Law Studio, Tirana.<\/p>

In November 2015, he was appointed \u201cJurist\u201d at the State Inspectorate of Environment, Forests and Waters, Regional Branch Fier, and then at the National Environmental Agency, Fier\/Vlora\/Gjirokast\u00ebr at the Ministry of Environment and Tourism. He has experience in legal representation, development and protection of administrative legal procedures, public procurement procedures, HRMIS system.<\/p>

Regarding the field of activity of the positions he has held, he has been part of continuous training in the field of judicial representation, public procurement, EU legal policies, etc.<\/p>
