Since March 26, 2024, she has been working as an Assistant Inspector at the Inspectors’ Assistant Unit in the Office of the High Inspector of Justice.<\/p>

She completed her studies at the Faculty of Law, “Luarasi”, in 2010.<\/p>

In the years 2012-2014, Ms. Nikolla worked in the private sector, as a legal representative of the company “Sori-Al” LLC.<\/p>

She continued her experience as a jurist during the years 2014 – 2018 in the Legal Representation Sector in the Legal Directorate of the General Directorate of the State Police (GDPS) and further, as the head of this sector and legal representative of the GDPS institution.<\/p>

In the years 2018-2021, she worked at the State Attorney Office, initially exercising the duties of state attorney at the Ministry of Agriculture and then that of state attorney at the representation office in foreign international courts and in international arbitration, the focus of which was the representation and protection of the property interests of the Ministry of Agriculture at both levels of trial, as well as the representation and protection of the property interests of the Albanian state and\/or public legal entity before various international arbitration forums.<\/p>

Further, Ms. Boriana Nikolla was appointed to the State Supreme Audit Office (SSA), initially in the position of director of the legal department (2021-2022) and in (2023-2024) in the position of senior auditor at the department for control of the implementation of standards & audit quality assurance, of the same institution.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
