Further, in the years 2008-2018 and during 2020, in the Ministry of Defense, she held the position of Head of the Sector and then Director of the Directorate of Inspection, Evaluation and Analysis, at the State Export Control Authority.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">During the years 2018-2020, she held the position of Secretary General at the Independent Qualification Commission, an institution in which she also served as Legal Advisor in the Legal Service Unit during 2024.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In the period 2021-2024, she held the position of Director of the Directorate in the Transparency Programs Monitoring Directorate at the Office of the Commissioner for the Right to Information and Personal Data Protection.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ms. Milkani has extensive experience in drafting legislation and institutional legal representation.
