In the period 2004-2005, she served as a prosecutor in training at the Prosecution Office of Berat Judicial District.<\/p><p>In the period 2005-2015, she served as a prosecutor at the Prosecution Office of Fier Judicial District, where she also held the functions of Head of the Joint Investigation Unit for Economic Crime and Corruption (Taskforce) and Deputy Head of the Prosecution Office.<\/p><p>In the period 2015 &#8211; 2025, she served as a prosecutor in the Prosecution Office at the Court of First Instance of General Jurisdiction, Tirana, in important sections such as: prosecutor in the Joint Investigation Unit for Economic Crime and Corruption (Taskforce), prosecutor in the Cyber Crime Unit, prosecutor in the Special Section established regarding money laundering and property investigation, etc. In the Prosecution Office at the Court of First Instance of General Jurisdiction Tirana, Ms. Miha was Head of the Section for Economic and Financial Crime, as well as Head of the Section for the Execution of Criminal Decisions and Juvenile Proceedings.
