Graduates of the law class of the \u201cSami Frash\u00ebri\u201d high school conducted a study visit to the HIJ, within the framework of information through legal education, a work dimension that the Office of the High Inspector of Justice practices continuously.<\/p>


The graduates had a conversation with the non-magistrate inspector Ms. Joana Sorraj, who introduced them to the scope of the High Inspector of Justice\u2019s activity, the role, functions, work processes, as well as the challenges of the institution, to increase the efficiency of the justice system and public trust in the High Inspector of Justice, as one of the new institutions created by the Justice Reform.
High school students were informed in detail about how complaints are made, who has the right to file a complaint with the HIJ and whether the High Inspector of Justice can initiate disciplinary proceedings on his own.<\/p>


Inspector Joana Sorraj, accompanied by the head of the complaints and public relations unit Elis Ku\u00e7i and specialist Zilije Fe\u00e7i, responded to the interest of high school students, who aspire to continue their studies in law, about the work processes of inspectors, the deadlines for reviewing complaints, the admissibility of a complaint and the position of the magistrate against whom the complaint is made, during an investigation and disciplinary proceedings.<\/p>


Inspector Joana Sorraj emphasized the importance that the institution attaches to respecting the independence of magistrates, the balance with their accountability, as well as the legitimate interest of citizens in the way justice is administered.<\/p>


The conversation is part of the activities that the Office of the High Inspector of Justice develops within the institution or outside it, with various social groups in the framework of public information through legal education, which consists of conveying legal knowledge and increasing public awareness of the importance of law enforcement.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
