Please, see the relevant <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/ild.al\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/Instructions-for-Completing-the-Complaint-Form.pdf\">guide<\/a><\/span> to help you complete the form. The completed electronic form can be sent to the electronic address: <em><strong>info@ild.al,<\/strong><\/em> or submitted by hand to the HIJ Office.
