The High Inspector of Justice Office has announced the call for 9 (nine) vacant positions for Non-Magistrate Inspectors part of the Inspectors Unit.<\/span><\/p>

The Inspectors conduct verifications and administrative investigations into alleged disciplinary violations against judges and prosecutors of all levels, members of the High Judicial Council, High Prosecutorial Council and the Prosecutor General, as well as the institutional inspection of courts and prosecution offices.<\/span><\/p>

While exercising their duty, the inspectors collect data and evaluate any information, or act that they deem to be or might be important for the performance of their duty, in accordance with the provisions of the Code of Administrative Procedures and Law no. 96\/2016, dated 06.10.2016, “On the Status of Judges and Prosecutors in the Republic of Albania”, as amended.<\/span><\/p>

The deadline for the submission of documentation is October 29, 2021.<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>
