{"id":9421,"date":"2021-12-03T17:10:31","date_gmt":"2021-12-03T15:10:31","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ild.al\/?p=9421"},"modified":"2021-12-03T17:10:31","modified_gmt":"2021-12-03T15:10:31","slug":"high-judicial-council-accepts-high-inspector-of-justice-request-for-disciplinary-proceedings-against-magistrate-p-f","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ild.al\/en\/2021\/12\/03\/high-judicial-council-accepts-high-inspector-of-justice-request-for-disciplinary-proceedings-against-magistrate-p-f\/","title":{"rendered":"HIGH JUDICIAL COUNCIL ACCEPTS HIGH INSPECTOR OF JUSTICE REQUEST FOR DISCIPLINARY PROCEEDINGS AGAINST MAGISTRATE P.F."},"content":{"rendered":"<div data-elementor-type=\"wp-post\" data-elementor-id=\"9421\" class=\"elementor elementor-9421\" data-elementor-post-type=\"post\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<section class=\"has_eae_slider elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-35f7419 elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-eae-slider=\"15730\" data-particle_enable=\"false\" data-particle-mobile-disabled=\"false\" data-id=\"35f7419\" data-element_type=\"section\" data-e-type=\"section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"has_eae_slider elementor-column elementor-col-100 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-7fc2560\" data-eae-slider=\"43090\" data-id=\"7fc2560\" data-element_type=\"column\" data-e-type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-8473b5d elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"8473b5d\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The High Judicial Council accepted the High Inspector of Justice request to impose a disciplinary measure against Judge P.F. of Elbasan Court<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">While announcing the decision, Chairwoman Naureda Llagami said that the HJC decided to accept the request of the HIJ and to impose the disciplinary sanction \u201csalary reduction by 20% for six months\u201d on the magistrate.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The High Inspector of Justice completed the disciplinary investigation against magistrate P.F., judge at Elbasan Judicial District Court, based on the practice initiated against her in 2017 by the Inspectorate of the HCJ (after some facts were broadcast by the investigative show &#8220;STOP&#8221; on Klan TV on 31.01.2017) and forwarded, at the request of HIJ, by the Ministry of Justice and the High Judicial Council.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Having analyzed the facts, the HIJ concluded in his investigation report, that the magistrate subject to disciplinary investigation, has taken actions which constitute a regular non fulfillment of duty failing to comply with the rules of solemnity, of the conduct related to the parties in the process, as well as the ex parte communication of the judge with two persons introduced as relatives of the defendant.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Despite her long experience in office, the judge has violated the principle of judicial impartiality, making the impression of a bias case solution instead of a fair one<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The actions performed by the magistrate have resulted in damaging the prestige of the judge as well as the public trust in justice.
