The High Inspector of Justice is now officially part of the European Network of Justice Inspection Services, with observer status.<\/span><\/span><\/p>

The decision was take<\/span><\/span>n unanimously on<\/span><\/span> December<\/span><\/span> 10<\/span><\/span>th<\/span><\/span>,<\/span><\/span> 2021<\/span><\/span>, at the<\/span><\/span> meeting<\/span><\/span> of this <\/span><\/span>Network<\/span><\/span>, <\/span><\/span>whose members include only<\/span><\/span> the member states of the European Union.<\/span><\/span><\/p>

The cooperation of the High Inspector of Justice with the European Network of Justice Inspec<\/span><\/span>tion Services started<\/span><\/span> this year<\/span><\/span> in November<\/span><\/span>, through<\/span><\/span> an<\/span><\/span> official visit of<\/span><\/span> its<\/span><\/span> three <\/span><\/span>representatives, from the Inspectorates of Justice of Romania, Portugal and Fra<\/span><\/span>nce, supported by the<\/span><\/span> Council o<\/span><\/span>f Europe<\/span><\/span>project,<\/span><\/span> SEJ III<\/span><\/span>,<\/span><\/span><\/a> and <\/span><\/span>a two-day training where magistrate inspectors from France, Italy an<\/span><\/span>d Romania introduced <\/span><\/span>to the HIJ <\/span><\/span>inspectors and assistant inspectors, the best practices of judicial inspections by the European <\/span><\/span>Inspectorates of Justice.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
