EURALIUS V in cooperation with the High Inspector of Justice Office conducted the third cycle of training on disciplinary investigation against judges and prosecutors.
During the two-day training with inspectors, assistant inspectors and the HIJ Cabinet, there were discussion on the specifics of the preparatory work before starting a disciplinary investigation, interpretations of the law, conduct of the magistrate, and implementation of constitutional provisions during the transition period due to the legal vacuum were addressed.
This training cycle is part of the trainings programme by the High Inspector of Justice Office in cooperation with the EURALIUS V, in view of strengthening capacities and professionalism of the HIJ staff.
