The High Inspector of Justice is now officially part of the European Network of Justice Inspection Services, with observer status.
The decision was taken unanimously on December 10th, 2021, at the meeting of this Network, whose members include only the member states of the European Union.
The cooperation of the High Inspector of Justice with the European Network of Justice Inspection Services started this year in November, through an official visit of its three representatives, from the Inspectorates of Justice of Romania, Portugal and France, supported by the Council of Europeproject, SEJ III, and a two-day training where magistrate inspectors from France, Italy and Romania introduced to the HIJ inspectors and assistant inspectors, the best practices of judicial inspections by the European Inspectorates of Justice.
