High Inspector of Justice Mr. Artur Metani held a meeting with the chief commissioner of the Independent Qualification Commission, Mr. Roland Ilia, who has just taken office.
During the meeting, Mr. Metani and Mr. Ilia shared the will for the continuation of inter-institutional cooperation, related to the mutual need for updated information, the administration of information for any decision-making towards magistrates, prosecutors or judges, within the framework of the re-evaluation process and cases forwarded by the KPK for the verification of the magistrates’ activities.
The High Inspector of Justice pointed out that the HIJ Office has reviewed every forwarded case, with high priority, performing the necessary verifications.
