He holds the position of Advisor in the Cabinet of the High Inspector of Justice.
He graduated with a Second Level Integrated Diploma with the title of Jurist from Ismail Qemali University, in 2009. He received the title of Lawyer, at the National Chamber of Advocacy in 2011. He received the title of State Attorney in 2019.
In the years 2011-2014 he worked as a Lawyer at the Chamber of Advocacy in Vlora. Then, from January 2015 to June 2019 he was Advisor in the Cabinet of The High Inspectorate of Declaration and Audit of Assets and Conflicts of Interest in the Republic of Albania. From June 2019 to March 2020, Mr. Gjylbegu has exercised the duty of State Attorney at the State Advocacy Office, Local Office, Vlora. Since March 2020, he has been serving as Advisor in the Cabinet of the High Inspector of Justice in the Republic of Albania.
Regarding the field of activity of the positions he has held, he has been part of continuous training in the field of representation in the judicial system, at the School of Magistrates.
He has good knowledge of English and Greek language.
