She holds the position of Secretary General of the Office of the High Inspector of Justice and previously held the position of General Director of Legal Affairs and Services at the HIJ.
She graduated with the title of “Jurist” at the Faculty of Law, University of Tirana in 2000. In 2011, she completed the Second Level Master’s degree program at the Faculty of Law, University of Tirana in the profile “Comparative and European Constitutional Law”.
Ms. Pasko has 20 years of experience in public administration.
From 2001 to 2009, she served as a jurist in the Legal Directorate at the Central Election Commission and then, until 2020, she was appointed Director of the Legal Directorate at this Institution.
During the period 2009 – 2020, she was part of the working groups for the drafting of a series of draft laws for Electoral Reform and a legal consultant within the framework of civil society initiatives with a focus on elections, referendums and voter legislative initiatives.
She has participated in trainings and conferences in the country and abroad.
She has very good knowledge of English and Italian language.
