THE SPANISH EXPERIENCE ON THE EFFICIENCY OF PROCESSING COMPLAINTS IN THE HIJ

A team of the Office of the High Inspector of Justice, composed from the Unit of Inspectors,  Assistant Inspectors, the Directorate of Drafting of Acts and Legal Services, the Sector of Methodology and Standards, the Sector of Archive-Protocol, the Processing of Complaints and the Sector of Information Technology, participated in a series of working sessions, with a mission of Spanish experts, on the assessment of the situation and the progress made regarding the establishment of the Quality Management System (QMS), to continue with a digital transformation plan, in order to process complaints in the Office of the High Inspector of Justice.

Key expert Mr. Álvaro García pointed out that the activity is part of the support of the EU4Justice project for strengthening the capacities of the Office of the High Inspector of Justice.

The mission of Spanish experts from the High Judicial Council, Ministry of Justice presented the experience of these institutions, in order to increase the efficiency of the HIJ for processing complaints, proposing solutions and evaluating the work protocols of the Office of the High Inspector of Justice on the quality of the complaints process management and a long-term digital transformation plan.

The activity is a continuation of the experience obtained in May of this year by the High Judicial Council of Spain on the technological situation of the institution.
