How to complain to HIJ?
To further facilitate the complaining procedure, the Office of the High Inspector of Justice has a standard form of complaint, which is available on the HIJ website. It can be completed and sent out in three ways: online, by mail or in person. On our website you can find a completed complaint form, as well as a specific guide for it.
Survey on HIJ activity
From the beginning, HIJ has paid special attention to the relationship with citizens, as a way to improve and increase public trust in our institution. To realize it, we are establishing a new way of communication, through this survey. Any suggestion, criticism or evaluation will be greatly appreciated to guide our work in the future.
