She holds the position of Director of the Legal Analysis and Drafting Department and graduated in 2007 from the University of Westminster, London.
Since 2009, she has held several positions at the Ministry of Justice, while since 2015, she has held the position of Head of the Legal Reforms and Approximation of Legislation Sector, in the General Directorate of Codification and Harmonization of Legislation, where she has contributed to the drafting of legal and sub-legal initiatives, in responsibility of the Ministry of Justice and in particular of the sub-legal acts approved, during 2019, within the framework of the justice reform package.
During her tenure, she has participated in inter-institutional working groups for drafting legislation and has conducted analyses of legal deficiencies, in function of integration processes.
Ms. Bylykbashi held the position of Head of the Office until August 2020, and since September 2020, he has joined the staff of the Office of the High Inspector of Justice.
She is fluent in English.
