The High Inspector of Justice Mr. Artur Metani learned from the media that 43-year-old B.H. committed suicide by hanging himself in his jail cell, in the 313 Prison in Tirana. The media also claimed that the deceased was in prison because he had stolen 1200 lekë.
The High Inspector of Justice is assessing the case so as to commence the verification if there have been delays in investigative or judicial procedural actions, as well as if there is incorrect application of substantive or procedural law.
