EURALIUS V Project, in cooperation with the Office of the High Inspector of Justice, organised a training with the staff of the administration of the HIJ on the Albanian disciplinary investigation regime.
More specifically, the topics of this one-day training were a general overview of the disciplinary system in Albania and the role of the HIJ administrative staff and this event took place in the premises of the Office of the HIJ.
In his opening remarks, the High Inspector of Justice, Mr Artur Metani, underlined the importance of the capacity building of the staff of the administration to the performance and coordination of work with the unit of inspectors and assistant inspectors, in the framework of the HIJ exercise of competences, paying a special attention to the citizens’ complaints.
Further, during the sessions of the training the role of the staff of the administration, the internal working rules, the public relations and the communication with the parties, were discussed and illustrated by practical cases.
In addition, as part of this event was also the presentation of the Manual on Disciplinary Investigation against judges and prosecutors.
This activity was part of the set of trainings that EURALIUS V in cooperation with the HIJ, is providing in function of strengthening the capacities of the Office of High Inspector of Justice.
