NOTIFICATION

To further facilitate the complaining procedure, the Office of the High Inspector of Justice introduces a new, more simplified form of complaining procedure that citizens or institutions may use to file for allegations of misconduct by judges and prosecutors in Albania.

This explanatory remark of the procedure is accompanied with concrete examples of decisions of the High Inspector of Justice for each of the criteria, set in the law, for the admissibility and review of the complaints.
