During the working visit of High Inspector of Justice Metani in Bucharest, the accompanying delegation – inspectors and cabinet members, are taking part in several experience exchange sessions with Romanian inspectors, judges and prosecutors in the premises of the Judicial Inspectorate of the Republic of Romania.
Thematic inspections and disciplinary investigations against judges and prosecutors, in all their stages, best working practices, relevant legislation and the challenges of this process were the focus of the communication between Albanian and Romanian counterparts.
The Memorandum of Understanding signed during this visit by High Inspector of Justice Metani and the Romanian counterpart Netejoru envisages joint projects and study visits as well as exchange of experience and information on best practices for the successful performance of the justice inspectorates in Albania and Romania.
