Even during the month of August, the Complaints and Public Relations Sector and the Archive-Protocol Sector of the Office of the High Inspector of Justice have provided full service for communication with the institution, reception of citizens, and assisting them in completing complaints and requests for information.
During the month of August, 10 citizens were assisted and informed near the premises of the ILD, who appeared personally, while 8 citizens were assisted through the phone number.
During the month of August, 15 requests were submitted by citizens through e-mail and the postal service, which had as their object a request for information regarding the phase of the review of the complaint, a request for a meeting, etc.
During this month, 37 complaints were administered by the Archive-Protocol office, of which 36 were filed by citizens and 1 complaint from an institution.
