He holds the position of “Non-magistrate Inspector”, in the Inspectors Unit, at the Office of the High Inspector of Justice.
He graduated as a “Jurist” at the University of Tirana, Faculty of Law. He received the title of “Lawyer” in 2011.
In 1997-1998 he worked in the Bulqizë Municipality, as head of the Legal Office. He worked as a legal inspector at the Dibër District Prefecture in the years 1998-2001 and 2003-2004.
In the years 2002-2003 he held the position of chairman of the Commission for the Return and Compensation of Property to Former Owners at the Dibër District Prefecture.
He worked as a legal inspector at the Dibër Forest Service Directorate in the period 2010-2014.
He held the position of Chancellor at the Dibër Judicial District Court from 2004-2010 and then from 2014-2022.
Mr. Kazia has completed a series of trainings in the field of the judiciary and institutions over the years.
