He holds the position of Assistant Inspector in the Office of the High Inspector of Justice.
He graduated with the title of “Jurist” from the Faculty of Law, at the “Luigj Gurakuqi” University in Shkodra in 2007.
He has 13 years of work experience in the field of law, public administration and judiciary. During the years 2007 – 2009 he held the position of “inspector” in the Directorate of Financial Compensation of the Agency for the Restitution and Compensation of Property at the Ministry of Justice. During the years 2009 – 2020 he was a customs investigator in the Investigation Directorate of the Operational Investigation Department at the General Directorate of Customs; jurist in the Legal Directorate of the Technical Department, and then at the Durrës Customs Branch; Head of Sector in the Technical Directorate of the Excise Department; Sector Manager in the Directorate of Customs Valuation Policies in the Technical Department; Head of Sector in the Post-Clearance Control Directorate.
In these functions, he has been continuously trained by domestic and foreign institutions and organizations such as the US Department of Immigration and Customs, the US Embassy in Tirana and the US Department of State, PAMECA III, ASPA, the General Directorate of Customs and Indirect Taxes of France, etc.
