She holds the position of Assistant Inspector, in the Assistant Inspectors Unit, at the Office of the High Inspector of Justice.
In 2007, she graduated as a jurist at the Faculty of Law, “Ismail Qemali” University, Vlora. In 2007-2008, she completed her internship as an Assistant Lawyer at the Legal Studio with attorneys Besnik Zeneli and Neshet Ngucaj. In 2009, she was awarded a Lawyer License from the National Bar Association of Tirana. In 2009-2011, she graduated with a Second Level Master in Legal-Criminal Sciences at the Faculty of Law, Justiniani I University.
She has a long career in public and private administration. In December 2007, she was appointed as a jurist at the Vlora Regional Hospital. In February 2010, she worked as a lawyer at the University Hospital Center of Tirana and was later appointed Director of the Legal Department at the University Hospital Center “Mother Teresa” of Tirana. In 2012, she worked as a lawyer at the “ELMAER” Company Ltd. In 2013, she worked as a lawyer at the “Cardio Diagnostic Center Hamburg/Tirana”, German Hospital and in June 2016 as General Director at the German Hospital. In 2019, she worked as a Lawyer at the A.Levani Law Firm. In 2020, she was appointed as a Bailiff at the State Bailiff of Tirana. In April 2021, she worked as a Lawyer at the A.Levani Law Firm. In June 2021, she was appointed as General Director at the General Directorate of Preschool Education Policies, Cultural Heritage, Tourism and Sports, Municipality of Elbasan.
She has completed a series of trainings on topics related to: “Aspects of civil procedure with an impact on increasing the effectiveness of civil trials” organized by the National Chamber of Advocacy and Euralius, “Protection of Personal Data” certified by Partner Training Center Tirana, “Laws in Business” trained and Certified by the Foundation for Economic Education of Youth funded by USAID and Soros, etc.
She has good knowledge of English and Italian language.
