He holds the position of Non-Magistrate Inspector at the Office of the High Inspector of Justice since 18.10.2022.
Mr. Eugen Nasufi graduated from the University of Tirana, Faculty of Law with the title of “Jurist” in 1996. He completed his postgraduate studies, Executive Master – Profile “Business Law” in 2010-2011 at the “Marin Barleti” University in Tirana. In 2007, he received the title of “Lawyer” from the National Chamber of Advocacy.
He has a long work experience of 24 years in state administration, as a lawyer in various low and middle management positions, such as in the Dibër District Council, the Regional Directorate of Social Insurance, Non-profit Organizations, the General Directorate of Road Transport Services, the Municipality of Tirana, the Territorial Development Agency. Most recently, from August 2020 to October 17, 2022, he held the position of assistant inspector of the Inspectors’ Assistance Unit at the Office of the High Inspector of Justice.
He has been part of the continuous trainings conducted in function of the field of activity related to the various positions he has held. Meanwhile, in the last two years, he has participated in the trainings conducted by the Office of the High Inspector of Justice in cooperation with OPDAT, EURALIUS, European Union experts (TAIEX)…etc., on issues of disciplinary investigation against magistrates as well as institutional and thematic inspections.
