Since November 2020, he has held the position of Assistant Inspector, in the Assistant Inspectors Unit, at the Office of the High Inspector of Justice.
He graduated in Law in 1996 at the Faculty of Law, University of Tirana.
With a long career in public administration, Mr. Noka has been part of the public structures that have monitored the activity of courts and prosecutors’ offices before the justice reform.
For 10 years, he has worked at the Ministry of Justice, as Inspector in the Property Issues Inspection Sector (2010 – 2012); Inspector in the Prosecution Inspection Sector (2012 – 2016) and in the period 2016 – 2020, he headed the Inspection Sector of Other Dependent Institutions.
He is the author of “Mandatory Execution under the Civil Procedure Code of the Republic of Albania” (2005) and constantly participates in national and international training courses in the field of law.
