Since July 2023, he has been working as an Assistant Inspector at the Office of the High Inspector of Justice.
He graduated as a “Lawyer” in 2014 from the “Albanian University” in Tirana and then with a Master of Science degree, branch of Private Law, while in 2017 he received his lawyer’s license.
With over 11 years of work in public administration, Mr. Rabdishti started his profession as a jurist at the Regional Directorate of ALUIZNI, Dibër.
In 2015, he moved to the Municipality of Dibër, initially in the position of advisor to the Mayor of Dibër, then as Head of Human Resources Management and then as Legal Director at this institution.
From December 2017 to March 2020, he served as the Regional Director of the Mandatory Health Insurance Fund in Dibër.
He then moved to the position of jurist at the Electricity Distribution Operator, Tirana, in the sector of relations with the Courts.
As part of his professional activity, Mr. Rabdishti has participated in various seminars and trainings.
