Ms. Irma Lamçe has held the position of Assistant Inspector at the Inspectors’ Assistant Unit in the Office of the High Inspector of Justice since September 2024.
She graduated with the title of “Jurist” from the Faculty of Law, at the “Luigj Gurakuqi” University in Shkodra in 2002.
Ms. Lamçe has 20 years of work experience in the field of law in public and judicial administration,
In the period 2004-2008 she worked as a Judicial Secretary at the First Instance Court for Serious Crimes in Tirana (today the Special First Instance Court for Corruption and Organized Crime).
In the years 2008 – 2019, she initially worked as a Lawyer in the Legal and Appeals Directorate at the Central Office of the Real Estate Registration in Tirana, and later, as a jurist, in the Legal and Legislative Drafting Sector at the General Directorate of the State Cadastre Agency in Tirana.
In the years 2019-2024, she served as a State Attorney at the Local Office of the State Attorney’s Office in Tirana, representing and protecting the property interests of the Albanian state before the courts of first instance and those of appeal for cases delegated for prosecution in these two levels of judgment.
Within the scope of the activity of the functions exercised, Ms. Irma Lamçe has completed a series of professional training courses in domestic and foreign institutions.
She has good knowledge of English and Italian language.
