He holds the position of Assistant Inspector, in the Inspectors’ Assistant Unit, at the Office of the High Inspector of Justice. He completed his undergraduate studies in 2007 at the University of Tirana, Faculty of Law. He completed his postgraduate studies in Business Law at the “Marin Barleti” University, Tirana. He is currently a PhD candidate at the Public Department at the Faculty of Law, University of Tirana.
In the years 2008 – 2012 he worked at the Banking Sector, as a Specialist in the Legal Department and the Non-Performing Loans Enforcement Sector. In the following years he practiced his profession as a jurist and was active in teaching as a lecturer at Public Departments at various Public Universities, until 2016 when he was appointed to the position of Lawyer, at the Guard of the Republic of Albania, Ministry of Interior.
In recent years, he has experience in the private hydrocarbon sector, covering all legal aspects of private companies, starting from legal documentation, various judicial matters, and public procurement procedures.
