Since July 2024, he has held the position of Assistant Inspector, in the Inspectors’ Assistant Unit, at the Office of the High Inspector of Justice.
Mr. Muçaj graduated with the title of “Jurist” at the Faculty of Law, at the European University of Tirana in 2014. In 2016, he received a Second Level Master’s degree in the field of “Private and Business Law” also at the European University of Tirana in the field of “Private and Business Law”.
His employment experiences extend to the private sector and further to the public sector with an experience of over 10 years.
In the period 2015-2022, Mr. Muçaj worked at the General Directorate of Taxes, in various control sectors
In the period 2022-2024, he exercised the function of Inspector, at the Commissioner for Supervision of the Civil Service.
Within the scope of the functions exercised, Mr. Muçaj has completed a series of professional trainings from the World Bank Group, IFC, FINAC Financial management, Accounting and Controlling, PAI, IBF, EXPERTISE FRANCE, LENA, IDRA, DAP, ETF European Training Foundation, Albanian School of Public Administration, etc.
He is fluent in English and has a good knowledge of Italian language.
