He holds the position of Assistant Inspector, in the Assistant Inspectors Unit, at the Office of the High Inspector of Justice.
He completed his university studies in law at the Faculty of Law, at the State University of Tetovo, Macedonia, in 2007. In 2013, he completed the Master of Science in “Criminal Law” at the Faculty of Law at the Higher Education Institution “Professional Business Academy” in Tirana. In 2014, he earned the title of Lawyer, awarded by the National Chamber of Advocacy.
After graduating, Nertil Kanina worked as a jurist in the private sector. During the period 2012 – 2014, he held the position of Head of the Legal and Procurement Sector at the General Directorate No. 1 of City Workers, Tirana Municipality. Then comes the work experiences as a Lawyer at the Textbook Publishing House at the Ministry of Education and Sports, Head of the Procurement Sector at the General Directorate of Prisons – Ministry of Justice, Member of the Local Commission for the Evaluation of Property Titles at the Prefect of the Tirana District, Lawyer at Illyrian Guard – Ministry of Interior.
Mr. Kanina has attended and been trained in the field of procurement during the period he held positions in the administration.
