Since June 2026, Mr. Kajana has held the position of Director of the Directorate of Integration, Analysis and Monitoring at the Office of the High Inspector of Justice.
Mr. Kajana completed his higher studies in Law in 2004, at the University of Tirana, and in 2013, completed the Master’s degree studies in Public Administration, at the Faculty of Economics, (University of Tirana). He has been a member of the National Chamber of Advocacy since 2008 and has attended a series of qualification programs at the School of Magistrates.
Mr. Klemend Kajana is a jurist with a career of over 20 years in the judicial system, public administration and corporate legal consultancy.
Since 2015, he has served as a Legal Assistant at the Administrative Court of Appeal, where he was engaged in the processes of legal analysis and the incorporation of judicial practice.
In May 2024, Mr. Kajana was confirmed in office by the Independent Qualification Commission (IQC), and in July of the same year, he was admitted to the judicial civil service by decision of the High Judicial Council (HJC).
Mr. Kajana has a very good command of English and Italian language.
