She holds the position of Assistant Inspector, in the Assistant Inspectors Unit, at the Office of the High Inspector of Justice.
She graduated as a jurist in 2008, at the Faculty of Law, University of Genoa, in Italy. She received the title of “Lawyer” at the National Chamber of Advocacy in 2010.
Ms. Shurdhaj has 10 years of experience in Albania in the regulatory and legal sector, in private and public institutions. In recent years, she has prioritized the implementation of one of the essential objectives, part of the reform in public administration that is directly related to the process of drafting legislation and the ex-ante regulatory analysis of the impact assessment (Regulatory Impact Assessment).
She is fluent in English and Italian language.
