Vildan Kaloshi

Since March 2022, he has been working as an Assistant Inspector at the Office of the High Inspector of Justice.

He graduated as a “Jurist” in 1996 from the Faculty of Law of the University of Tirana. In 2012, he received the “Professional Master in Civil Law” Diploma from Justinian I University, while since 2004 he has been a lawyer.

Mr. Kaloshi has over 20 years of work experience in public administration. He began practicing law at the Tirana District Council in 2001, as a specialist, and then as Director of the Legal Department of Foreign Relations, gaining knowledge regarding legislation related to the activity and functioning of local government bodies, legislation in the field of urban planning, property treatment, and financial law.

From January 2013 to early 2022, he served as Director of the Legal and Meetings Organization Department at the former High Council of Justice and then, continuously at the same level, at the High Judicial Council. Engagement in these institutions has been a great challenge and responsibility in the administration of the activities of these structures, which are considered as governing bodies of the justice system, but also a premise in his professional development.

In the framework of his professional activity, Mr. Kaloshi has participated in various seminars and conferences in the country and abroad.
