Since October 2022, Mr. Eugen Nasufi has held the position of Non-Magistrate Inspector at the Office of the High Inspector of Justice. His work at the Office of the High Inspector of Justice started in August 2020 as an Assistant Inspector.
Mr. Eugen Nasufi graduated from the University of Tirana, Faculty of Law with the title of “Jurist” in 1996. He completed his postgraduate studies, Executive Master – Profile “Business Law” in 2010-2011 at the “Marin Barleti” University in Tirana. In 2007, he received the title of “Lawyer” from the National Chamber of Advocacy.
He has a long work experience of 24 years in state administration, as a lawyer in various low and middle management positions, such as in the Dibër District Council, the Regional Directorate of Social Insurance, Non-profit Organizations, the General Directorate of Road Transport Services, the Municipality of Tirana, the Territorial Development Agency.
He has been part of the continuous trainings conducted in function of the field of activity related to the various positions he has held. Meanwhile, in the last two years, he has participated in the trainings conducted by the Office of the High Inspector of Justice in cooperation with OPDAT, EURALIUS, European Union experts (TAIEX)…etc., on issues of disciplinary investigation against magistrates as well as institutional and thematic inspections.
