Ms. Arxheina Shkopi is a Magistrate, “Judge” profile. Since March 2026, she has been assigned to the position of Advisor to the High Inspector of Justice Office.
In 2016, Ms. Arxheina Shkopi graduated in law, with a “Gold Medal” from the Faculty of Law of the University of Tirana.
In the period 2016-2017, he completed the training cycle at the “Law School”, developed by the “National Chamber of Advocates” and received the title of “Lawyer”.
In 2017, Ms. Arxheina Shkopi completed the training cycle developed by the “National Chamber of Mediators” and was subsequently licensed as a “Mediator”.

Ms. Arxheina Shkopi is engaged in university life as a part-time lecturer.
During her professional career, Ms. Arxheina Shkopi has been continuously engaged in trainings conducted by various national or international institutions and organizations, as well as by the “School of Magistrates”.
She speaks two foreign languages: English and Italian.
