Isida Koka

She holds the position of Advisor in the Cabinet of the High Inspector of Justice. She graduated with the title of “Jurist” from the Faculty of Law, University of Tirana in 2007. In 2010, she completed the Second Level Master’s degree program, at the Faculty of Economics, University of Tirana, in the “Public Administration” profile. She is currently in the process of doctoral studies at the Faculty of Law, University of Tirana.

She has over 12 years of experience in public administration. From 2008 to 2016, she worked as a lawyer in the Legal Directorate at the Ministry of Finance and was later appointed Head of the Legal Drafting and Opposition Sector at this Directorate. During the period January 2017 – July 2020, she served as a legal advisor to the Standing Parliamentary Committee on Legal Affairs, Public Administration and Human Rights in the Assembly of Albania. During the period 2017-2019, she was part of the working groups for the drafting of a series of draft laws of the Justice Reform package. During the period August 2020 – December 2020, she served as an assistant inspector at the Office of the High Inspector of Justice.

She has participated in trainings at home and abroad as well as in various national and international conferences.

She speaks English and Italian.
