Isida Koka

Since December 2020, she has held the position of Advisor in the Cabinet of the High Inspector of Justice. Earlier, during the period August 2020 – November 2020, she served as Assistant Inspector at the Office of the High Inspector of Justice.

She graduated from the Faculty of Law, University of Tirana, in 2007. In 2010, she completed the Second Level Master’s study program at the Faculty of Economics, University of Tirana, in the field of “Public Administration”. She is currently pursuing doctoral studies at the Faculty of Law, University of Tirana.

She has more than 12 years of experience in public administration. From 2008 to 2016, she served as a jurist in the Legal Directorate at the Ministry of Finance and was subsequently appointed Head of the Sector for Drafting Legal Acts and Legal Opinion within that Directorate. During the period January 2017 – July 2020, she served as Legal Advisor to the Permanent Parliamentary Committee on Legal Affairs, Public Administration and Human Rights of the Assembly of Albania. During the period 2017–2019, she was part of the working groups for drafting a number of draft laws within the Justice Reform package.

She has participated in training programs both in Albania and abroad, as well as in various national and international conferences.

She is proficient in English and Italian.
