The High Inspector of Justice Mr. Artur Metani held an online meeting with the OSCE Ambassador in Albania, Mr. Bernd Borchardt.
The conversation focused on the challenges of the newest institution of justice reform, the HIJ and the cooperation with the OSCE.
Part of this cooperation is an electronic complaint management system, which the OSCE will make available for the HIJ, in order to increase the work capacity of the HIJ inspectors concerning citizens or institutions complaints.
This electronic complaint system was developed and tested by the OSCE and EURALIUS in 2017-2018.
