The training on “Reviewing the complaints by the High Inspector of Justice Office”, was held in the High Inspector of Justice Office, coached by the magistrate inspector Mrs. Marsela Pepi.
The training with the assistant magistrates and the administration of the HIJ office focused on law enforcement and the legal proceedings principles; the object of the HIJ activity and the subjects that are verified by it; entities that initiate the process and the manner of submission; disciplinary violations as well as the procedure for reviewing complaints before the disciplinary investigation, during the disciplinary investigation and at the end of the disciplinary investigation.
Trainings are part of the internal work process of HIJ so as to increase the professional capacities of the institution staff.
